Step Inside and Rest Yourself!

Taking time for ourselves and our own well being is infectious if we just do it! Stepping into the floak tank has a nuetralizing effect on our stress and our aches and pains. The water is at skin tempature so we cannot tell if we are in or out of the water. It is neither hot nor cold. Our skin will absorb the nutrients from the salts which has its healing properties. It is simply a comfort we have heard may be comparable to that of being in the womb! Most can reach this dream like state that is very pleasant and can induce real sleep and rest. The idea is to be still, completely still and quiet and comfortable!

How to Float?????

After a shower, shampooing your hair and exfoliating your skin somewhat, you simply step into the tank and lay back and relax, letting go of all muscle tension and worries and prepare to nap on the water! Initially with soothing music to assist you in getting in the "zone" and a soft wake up call again with music! Step out and back into the shower to rinse off all the epsom salts. Then dress and step outside for a little rest before you head back out into the world!! That's it!

You tell us what it was like for you!

Following your Float......

After your float you may choose to rest a moment with a glass of juice.

This is when we may run the pump and filter after each visitor to keep the water pure and clean. Nothing can grow in epsom salt water. It is very clean.

For you, the colors outside sometimes seem more vivid, bright and beautiful! What a great way to re-group all the thoughts in our head!

A FEE to Float? $$$$? In the San Diego area, one can expect to pay $35- $60 per hour for this unique healing experience.
